Layer 0: to create recipes quickly only with basic

standard parameters commonly used in the rotational moulding
technique;
Layer 2: to create recipes of average complexity and
flexibility;
Layer 3: to create complex recipes with all the advanced
parameters used in the rotational moulding industry;
Layer A (Advanced): to use the machine with free programming
of commands.
The Advanced Layer allows you to then create customized cycles, even
continuous, as with programs for planning certain commands
(Planning). This innovative setting mode of working parameters is an
exclusive to Caccia Engineering.

unbalanced point but also showing where the counter weight needs to

Turbo Fan System
(T.F.S.) with atomatic control of capacity and pressure changing
within the moulding chamber. The T.F.S., following a special
algorithm calculated by the software, allows quick thermal exchange
and optimal air pressure that grant even temperatures at the various
levels of the moulding chamber as well as very fast heating times.
The effects made clearly evident by the T.F.S. are
a considerable reduction of moulding cycles with consequent
reduction of energy and production costs, if compared to traditional
machines. Also,
it compensates for the necessity to use "Venturi pipes" on
some particular types of moulds.
