    Revolutionary recipes setting mode with 5 parameters layers.
    Layer 0: to create recipes quickly only with basic parameters;
    Layer 1: to create recipes in a simple way and with the standard parameters commonly used in the rotational moulding technique;
    Layer 2: to create recipes of average complexity and flexibility;
    Layer 3: to create complex recipes with all the advanced parameters used in the rotational moulding industry;
    Layer A (Advanced): to use the machine with free programming of commands.
    The Advanced Layer allows you to then create customized cycles, even continuous, as with programs for planning certain commands (Planning). This innovative setting mode of working parameters is an exclusive to Caccia Engineering.

  • Utility for the automatic balancing of the axes with indication of the most unbalanced point but also showing where the counter weight needs to be placed to balance the arm, with continuous monitoring of all operational zones.

  • Possibility to activate cycles as "Fixed Arm Carousel Simulation", with machines having independent arms.

  • Turbo Fan System (T.F.S.) with atomatic control of capacity and pressure changing within the moulding chamber. The T.F.S., following a special algorithm calculated by the software, allows quick thermal exchange and optimal air pressure that grant even temperatures at the various levels of the moulding chamber as well as very fast heating times. The effects made clearly evident by the T.F.S. are a considerable reduction of moulding cycles with consequent reduction of energy and production costs, if compared to traditional machines. Also, it compensates for the necessity to use "Venturi pipes" on some particular types of moulds.

  • Automatic positioning of 1st and 2nd axis of each arm in all machine operational (min. 20 programmable position per each arm).

  • Record of the cycles variables with detailed visualization or summary (printable files).

  • Trend diagrams of the cycle variables with the possibility of zooming and chronological slipping (printable files).

  • Records of the recipes created (printable files).

  • Diagnostic and status of the Digital Burner variables with records of average fuel consumptions.

  • Possibility of cycle control at cooking and/or at cooling temperature but no-longer at time (through wireless transmission temperature probes) with considerable increase in production and allowing continuous moulding of the highest quality parts.

  • Possibility of installation of "EASYDRIVE 9.0" software in Slave mode for distance monitoring through another PC.

  • Remote assistance through modem with access to the diagnostic of PLC, inverters and PC and with possibility of modifications or project personalizations (Upgrade).

  • Complete integration with the gravimetric dosing system of raw materials used for the rotational moulding process directly into the moulds (Model GRAVIMATIC). The machines combined with the GRAVIMATIC allow complete automation of moulding process, from weighing and loading of raw materials up to the attainment of the rotationally moulded part.
