  • Oven having a unique shape to reduce the air volume around the moulds to the minimum and to achieve high efficiency with low energy consumption. Oven structure in robust steel profiles, with high thermal insulation attained through interposition of high density rock wool fibers.

  • Adjustable air diffusor.

  • Doors opening and closing automatically, independent one from the other and with handling at variable speed, driven by gearmotors and controlled by inverters.

  • Electropneumatic operating gate for automatic opening/closing of the cleft for arms passage, which is fit to avoid the loss of heat outside the moulding chamber and to optimize the oven performance.

  • Electric fan for the extraction of residual fumes equipped with suction shutter gate.

  • Safety control device showing accidental stop of the fan for fumes extraction and/or oven fan.

  • Digital-burner management of a leading worldwide brand, using the most modern micro-processor technique for calibration, command and supervision of all its functions. The digital burner, as it occurs with the electronic injection systems of cars, allows high performance with reduced energy consumption and maintenance. In addition, a special mixing device with internal gas recycle reduces gas emissions in the atmosphere.

  • Safety control device against over-heating of the combustion chamber.

  • Station used for moulds pre-cooling, pre-arranged for electric trolley-fan.

  • Air/water forced cooling chamber with tubular steel structure, bottom in stainless steel, walls and ceiling in steel protected by epoxy paint. Several types of high-efficiency electric fans with water nozzles are foreseen to grant reduced cooling times without thermal shock for the moulded part. Furthermore there are one or more electro-fans with flanged collar for steam extraction. Doors can open/close automatically.

  • Carriages (from 1 up to 4) in robust steel profiles, planned to grant the greatest strength and to make the arm changing operations easier and quicker.

  • Carriage handling by self-braking gearmotors, driven by inverters to allow soft and precise translation even when using heavy loads.

  • Mould-supporting arm transmission by self-braking gearmotors controlled by inverters that allow speed programming with extreme precision and in an independent way on the two rotational axes.

  • Mould-supporting arm with a high loading capacity complete with drive gear casehardened and hardened and prearranged for the application of internal temperature control of the moulds. Arms are thermal treated to avoid any deformation at high temperatures and equipped with set of components suitable for the use of two independent lines of compressed air (the one at high pressure and the other at low pressure, with the option of using azote alternatively inside the moulds).

  • Mould-supporting arms head hermetically sealed, inside which are the bearings and the bevel gear pair with casehardened and hardened. These are not in contact with the external oven environment thus avoiding oxidation and dirt on the moving parts.

  • Carriages electropneumatic lock in the correct working stations and stop control in double security position.

  • Pulpit console for the management of the manual operations of moulds loading/unloading, carriage advance shift, door drives and emergency circuit. Photoelectric cell protection system + metal gates for the dangerous zones.

  • Vertical operating control panel IP 55 with ergonomic industrial PC Touch-Screen 15".
